Refunds

Short and sweet, if you want to know the status of your federal refund, go to the IRS’s website www.irs.gov, and then follow the links for “Where’s My Refund?”. This won’t get you the refund any faster – but at least it will ease your mind (or perhaps not) as to the status of same. By the way, there is no truth to the rumor that if you do not receive your refund within six weeks that there is a separate link titled “Where’s My Damn Refund?”.
